摘    要:采用混凝沉淀-活性炭吸附的方法对兰炭废水的生化处理出水进行深度处理,利用气相色谱分析了处理前后废水中有机物的组成变化。试验结果表明,经过混凝处理,兰炭废水CODCr和色度的去除率分别达到61.8%和84.7%,甲苯去除率达到93.83%,多环芳烃、酚类物质和杂环化合物的去除率分别达到94.76%、86.93%和93.65%,苯酚、邻甲酚和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯被完全去除。沉淀出水采用颗粒活性炭吸附,最终出水色度为16倍,CODCr的质量浓度为76 mg/L,酚类、多环芳烃去除率分别达到99.4%和97%,苯类和杂环化合物被全部去除。

Abstract:A combined process of coagulation sedimentation-activated carbon adsorption was adopted for advanced treatment of biochemical effluent from semi-coking wastewater treatment unit, the composition of organic matters in wastewater before and after advanced treatment was analyzed using gas chromatography. The test results showed that, through coagulation, the removal rates of CODCr, chroma, toluene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, phe-nolic substance and heterocyclic compounds in semi-coking wastewater reached 61.8%, 84.7%, 93.83%, 94.76%, 86.93% and 93.65% respectively, phenol, o-cresol and dibutyl phthalate were totally removed. The effluent water from sedimentation unit was treated by granular activated carbon, finally, the chroma of the effluent water was 16 times, the mass concentration of CODCr was 76 mg/L, the removal rates of phenolic substance and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon reached 99.4%and 97% respectively, benzene and heterocyclic compound were totally removed.
