高含盐微膨胀活性污泥在脱硫废水预处理中的应用

摘    要:钠法脱硫废水具有成份复杂、含有大量的SO_3~(2-)、SO_4~(2-),COD_(Cr)浓度高,环氧丙烷废水含有大量的CaCl_2和有机氯化物。采用环氧丙烷废水和脱硫废水混凝反应,以高含盐微膨胀活性污泥为微生物絮凝剂的处理工艺,可以改善污泥板结程度和污泥流态,避免池体和管道中污泥淤积,显著提高脱硫废水的CODCr去除率,提高反应污泥的沉降比。实践表明:该工艺处理效果稳定,具有较强的抗冲击负荷能力,运行成本低。

Abstract:Sodium desulfurization wastewater has complex composition, which contains high concentrations of SO32-, SO42-and CODCr, epoxypropane wastewater contains large amount of CaCl2 and organic chloride. Using epoxypropane wastewater and desulfurization wastewater to carry out coagulation reaction, with high salt micro-bulking activated sludge as the microbial flocculant, the harden degree and the sludge flow state were improved, the deposit of sludge in tank and pipeline was avoided, which obviously increased the removal rate of CODCr of desulfurization wastewater, and improved the settling ratio of the sludge also. The practice indicated the said pro-cess had advantages of stable treatment efficiency, strong anti shock loading capability and low operation cost.
