絮凝法去除腈纶纺丝后纺废水浊度的研究

摘    要:采用絮凝沉降法处理腈纶纺丝后纺废水。以废水的浊度为主要考察指标,筛选并确定PAC为较适宜的絮凝剂。通过单因素试验和正交试验考察并确定了较适宜的絮凝沉降工艺条件为:快速搅拌絮凝10 min,慢速搅拌絮凝10 min,沉降50 min,絮凝剂PAC投加量为25 mg/L,絮凝温度为40℃,体系pH值为6.77。此优化条件下处理后水样的浊度为0.51 NTU,浊度去除率达到86.64%。

Abstract:After spinning wastewater from acrylic fibers spinning was treated by flocculation sedimentation. Taking turbidity as the main evaluating indicator, PAC was screened and finally determined as the proper floccu﹣lant. Through single factor test and orthogonal test, the optimal condition for flocculation sedimentation was in﹣vestigated and confirmed as follows: the fast-stirring flocculation time was 10 min, the low-stirring flocculation time was 10 min, the sedimentation time was 50 min, the dosage of flocculant PAC was 25 mg/L, the flocculation temperature was 40℃, the pH value of the system was 6.77. Under the above condition, the turbidity of the wa﹣ter sample was 0.51 NTU with a removal rate of 86.64%.
