小工件热处理生产线的数字化设计与实现

分析热处理生产线控制系统现状,该文设计了一套小件热处理生产线数字化系统。文章分析了生产线数字化系统的组成及主要功能,提出了小件热处理生产线数字化应用架构,给出了生产线数据采集站的分布及其信息采集方法,研究基于数字化技术的热处理生产线的运行状态自动监控。特别是报表系统记录了几乎所有热处理工序工艺参数、工艺过程的数字化信息,有利于产品质量追溯,为优化热处理生产线参数,开展精细生产提供了一种新思路。

Digital design and realization of smallclothes heat treatment production line

In this paper, a set of digitalization system of small parts heat treatment production line is designed based on the analysis of the current status. Composition and main function of digitization system are analyzed;application frame of production line digitalization is presented; the distribution of the data collection station and its information collection method are given; automatic monitoring of running status of the heat treatment production line based on the digital technology is studied. In particular, the report system records almost all the heat treatment process parameters and the digital information of process, which is conducive to product quality traceability and provides one new way for optimization of the heat treatment production line parameters and implement of fine production.
