摘    要:针对制革企业生产综合废水特点,采用气浮-混凝沉淀-水解酸化-SBR工艺处理制革废水。工程运行结果表明,处理出水达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中一级标准。介绍了处理工艺流程和主要构筑物的设计参数,分析了SBR池DO浓度、沉淀时间等对运行效果的影响。SBR池DO质量浓度为2.0 mg/L,沉淀时间为2.0 h时,CODCr和NH3-N去除率分别为58.6%和76.3%。该处理工艺直接运行费用为1.28元/t。

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of tanning wastewater, air flotation-coagulation sedimentation-hydraulic acidification-SBR process was used for its treatment. The running results of the project showed that, the effluent water quality after the treatment met the requirement of grade 1 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. The process flow and the design parameters of the main structures were introduced, the influence of DO concentration, sedimentation time and some other factors on the running effect were analyzed. When the mass concentration of DO in SBR was 2.0 mg/L, the sedimentation time was 2.0 h, the removal rates of CODCr and NH3-N reached 58.6%and 76.3%respectively. The direct operation cost of the said process is 1.28 yuan/t.
