便携式拉曼光谱仪在寿山石检测中的应用

摘    要:寿山石品种繁多,鉴别与分类是一大难题,本文 研究了采用便携式拉曼光谱仪进行 寿山石鉴别分类的可行性。利用自行研制的采用Czerny-Turner(C-T)交叉式光路结构和以 半导体制冷线阵CCD 为探测器的便携式拉曼光谱仪,观测了不同类别寿山石的拉曼光谱,讨论了拉曼峰的归 属, 并对样品进行了分类。结果表明,自行研制的便携式拉曼光谱仪可以准确鉴别寿山石的类别 。

Abstract:Since Shoushan stone has many varieties,the identification and classification b ecomes a major problem.This paper studies the feasibility of using portable Raman spectrometer for detection of Shoushan stone.By using a homemade portable Raman spectrometer based on Czerny -Turner structure and TE cooled linear CCD detector,we test different kinds of Shoush an stones, discuss the attribution of the Raman peaks and classify the samples into two categories.The results show that the homemade portable Raman spectrometer can distinguish the m ain categories very well.By using a portable Raman device,Shoushan stones can be quickly detected a nd identified.
