铝合金汽车缸盖的缩孔缩松缺陷数值模拟分析

摘    要:采用华铸CAE软件对铝舍金缸盖的缩孔缩松缺陷进行模拟分析和工艺优化,经过小批量的生产试验,得到3种铸造工艺的缩孔缩松的大小和分布情况。结果表明,实际的铝舍金缸盖的缩孔缩松分布与华铸CAE软件模拟的结果基本吻合,优化的第2种铸造工艺产生的缩孔缩松最少,且分布最合理,废品率可降至10%左右,能满足生产需要。

Abstract:Simulation analysis and process optimization of shrinkage and porosity for some type aluminum alloy cylinder heads were made using InteCAST software; size and distribution of shrinkage and porosity of three kinds of casting technologies are obtained through small batch of production tests. Results shows that the actual distribution of shrinkage and porosity defects of aluminum alloy cylinder head is in accordance with the simulated results, The cylinder head produced by the second optimized technology has the least defects, and the reasonable distribution of shrinkage and porosity, the rejection rate can be reduced to approximately 10 %. thus can meet the requirements for production.
