摘    要:为处理含有硫化物和有机物的废水,应用兼养脱硫反硝化缺氧附着生长反应器,并引入硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐作为电子受体.进水硫化物和有机物质量浓度分别为200 mg/L和20 mg/L,去除率分别达到99.9%和89.2%.在化学氧化和微生物氧化的共同作用下,硫化物转化为硫酸盐的比例为40%.反应器内自养反硝化与异养反硝化同时发生,异养反硝化的比例为21.76%.同时,针对亚硝酸盐负荷、亚硝酸盐与硝酸盐比例、氨氮负荷等含氮化合物参数对兼养脱硫反硝化的影响进行研究.结果表明:当NO2-负荷为50 mg/(L.d)、亚硝酸盐与硝酸盐的比为2、NH4+负荷为50 mg/(L.d)时,脱氮除硫的效果较好.

Abstract:An anoxic attached-growth bioreactor packed with porous sponges was started to treat the wastewater containing sulfide and TOC.The nitrate and nitrite were introduced as electron acceptors for mixotrophic desulfurization-denitrification.The concentrations of sulfide and TOC were 200 mg/L and 20 mg/L and the removal efficiencies of them were 99.9% and 89.2%,respectively.The generating efficiency of sulfate reached 40% under the chemical and biological oxidation conditions.The autotrophic denitrification and heterotrophic denitrification took place in the bioreactor and the proportion of heterotrophic denitrification was 21.76%.The impact factors such as nitrite loading rates,ratios of nitrite to nitrate and ammonium loading rates were studied as well.The results showed that the nitrite loading rate of 50 mg/(L·d),the ratio of nitrite to nitrate of 2 and the ammonium loading rate of 50 mg/(L·d) were advantageous for the desulfurization and denitrification.
