纤维长度对芳纶纤维纸结构和力学性能的影响

摘    要:讨论芳纶纤维长度对纸页结构和力学性能影响。研究表明,纸页紧度随着纤维长度增加而降低,平均孔径随着纤维长度增加而增加;抗张强度、伸长率、耐破度在长度是1~4mm时,随着纤维长度的增加而增加,4mm以后变化不太明显;撕裂度在1~6mm范围内,都是随着长度的增加而增加。

Abstract:High-performance paper-based fiber composite represented by aramid paper is one type of structure and functional material.In this paper,the effect of aramid fiber length on the paper structure and mechanical properties was discussed,the results showed that the density of paper decreasesd with the increasing of fiber length,but the average pore size had a reverse trend;In the range of 1mm to 4mm,tensile strength,percentage of elongation,burst strength increaseed,but above 4mm,they didn't change significantly...
