深度脱木素技术及其己烯糖醛酸的影响

摘    要:对造纸原料半纤维素的成分和蒸煮方式进行分析,发现聚木糖的侧链基团4-O-甲基葡萄糖醛酸在硫酸盐法蒸煮过程中受到高温强碱的作用生成己烯糖醛酸。阐明己烯糖醛酸在造纸中对卡伯值、漂白、返黄等方面的不利影响,分析不同深度脱木素技术对己烯糖醛酸含量的影响,为提高纸浆质量提供依据。

Abstract:The compose of hemicellulose and cooking methods of paper making material were analysed,and found the side chain radical 4-O-methyl glucuronic aldehyde acid of xylan was become Hexenuronic acid (HexA) in KP cooking method.Some bad effect like kappa number,bleaching,brightness reversion and so on were influenced badly by HexA in papermaking,the effect of HexA's content in different technologies of extended delignification was analysed,to provide basis for improving the quality of paper pulp.
