摘    要:以旧瓦楞纸箱(OCC)纸浆为研究对象,探讨了AKD在不同干燥条件下的施胶性能。研究结果表明:在施胶过程中,改变助留剂CPAM用量对纸张施胶性能的影响较大,CPAM的加入可以提高AKD在纸页中的留着率。只有在一定的干燥温度和时间下,留着在纸页中的AKD才能与纤维反应,干燥条件对AKD与纤维的反应至关重要。当CPAM的用量达到200mg·kg-1左右时纸张的施胶性能较好,Cobb值为22.20g·m-2,纸张的抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数分别为26.41N·m·g-1、14.39mN·m2·g-1、1.61kPa·m2·g-1。在不同干燥条件下,随着干燥温度的升高和时间的延长,纸页的抗水性能逐渐提高,但在温度超过100℃、时间超过15min的干燥条件下,纸张的抗水性能提高缓慢。另外,随着温度和时间的增加,成纸的强度也呈逐渐上升趋势,在温度为100℃、时间为15min左右施胶效果明显,强度性能最好。

Abstract:In this paper, old corrugated containers (OCC) pulp was used as the research object, the changes of sizing performance with alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) sizing under different drying conditions were studied.
