摘    要:相变蓄热装置因其体积小、蓄热量大、放热温度均匀等特点在热能储存方面有很广阔的应用前景。针对许多地区电力出现相对过剩、电力峰谷差不断拉大的现象,研制开发了一种在低谷用电时段储存电能、在用电高峰时放热的相变蓄热装置,装置中加装了强化传热的导热翅片和放热的换热盘管。在不同出水流量下对放热过程中的热工参数进行了测量。通过对测试结果分析可知,导热翅片起到很好的强化传热作用,此设备具有体积小、蓄热量大、放热均匀、便于控制等特点。它适用于对热能的储存,也便于把储存的热能以多种形式供给用户。

Abstract:Phase change heat accumulator has a wide application prospect in heat storage aspect due to its good characteristics such as small volume, great heat storage capacity and well- proportioned heat release temperature. Aiming to the phenomenon that relative surplus of electric power appears and peak -to - valley ratio of electric supply increases gradually in many regions, a phase change heat accumulator was developed, which could make use of electricity power to storage energy during low load and release energy during peak load. Heat conducting fins to strengthen heat transfer and pipe coils of heat exchange to release heat were added in this equipment. In the process of heat-conducting, pyrology parameters have been measured under the different water flow. The experimental results show that transmitting heat fins have a good effect on enhancing heat - conducting capacity. The equipment has many characteristics of small volume, great heat-retaining capacity, well - proportioned heat release and is easy to be controlled. It is not only suitable to deposit the heat energy, but also to provide the heat energy to consumers in various forms.
