摘    要:研究了水溶性高分子聚乙烯醇(PVA)的生物降解性及其影响因素.结果表明,PVA的分子量、结晶度对其生物降解性具有决定作用.通过等离子体作用或氧化处理,可在PVA分子上引入>C=O、-O=C-O、-COOH等基团,从而提高PVA的生物降解性和降解速率.

Abstract:The factors affecting the biodegradation of poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) were investigated. The experimental results showed that the molecular weight and crystallinity of PVA were the dominant factors. The higher the Mw of PVA, the lower the biodegradation rate. The biodegradation of PVA mainly occured in the amorphous region due to PVA which can easily form the conformation required by PVA depolymerases and hydrolytic enzymes secreted by bacteria. When the PVA film was treated by plasma or oxidized by HZO2. the biodegradation of PVA was accelerated obviously. It can be attributed to that more hydrophilic groups were introduced into PVA, which will attract bacteria to reach and allow depolymerases to contact with PVA.
