摘    要: 连铸保护渣玻璃质渣膜回温脱玻化过程对实际渣膜的热阻有重要影响,本文对中碳钢板坯连铸常规拉速保护渣和优化的高拉速保护渣制备玻璃质渣膜并在不同温度下进行了退火处理试验,结果表明:经过处理的玻璃质渣膜发生了脱玻化现象,析出晶体相主要为枪晶石;随着处理温度的提高,渣膜结晶度增加;高结晶温度的保护渣具有较强的脱玻化能力,且脱玻化温度较低;具有较高结晶温度的保护渣更易形成热阻较大的渣膜,有利于中碳钢板坯高速连铸时减缓结晶器传热。

Abstract:The crystallization from glassy flux film for mold powder during annealing has an important influence of thermal resistance on mold flux film. The glassy flux films of two kinds of mold powder with different crystallization temperature for medium carbon steel slab casting were made and annealed at different temperature. The results show that the devitrified phenomenon concured for the glassy flux film during annealing and the main crystal phase is cuspidine (3CaO · 2SiO_2 · CaF_2); The degree of crystallization increases as treating temperature rises; The powder for higher crystallization temperature has stronger crystallization capability during annealing and lower de-vitrifying temperature; The flux film formed from the mold powder with higher crystallization temperature has higher thermal resistance.
