大载荷螺栓振动摩擦热分析及材料适用性研究

摘    要: 通过对30CrMnSiNi2A专用螺栓连接件振动摩擦过程的分析,建立了相应的数学模型,利用有限元热力耦合分析技术对大载荷及不同散热条件下的温度场进行了模拟计算,并结合材料的相变特征判断了螺栓材料的适用性。结果表明:在绝热条件下,螺栓结构温度持续升高,直至接近熔点;考虑散热后,螺栓结构仍有部分区域的温度超过了材料的可用温度范围。计算结果对该螺栓结构的设计改型和材料选择提供了重要依据。

Abstract:The vibration induced friction process of a special heavy load bolt made from 30CrMnSiNi2A is analyzed. Finite element method and thermal stress coupling analysis were used to calculate the temperature distribution of the bolt under the different heat dissipation conditions. The applicability of the bolt steel at high temperature was eveluated based on its phase transition features. It is found that the temperature of bolt increases sharply to the melting point under the adiabatic condition. When the heat dissipation is considered, the local temperature can still exceed the allowable value for the service of steel bolt. The results can provide an important guidance for the bolt structure modification and material selecion.
