板带钢加速冷却过程中下冲水的流动特性

摘    要: 针对热轧板带钢轧后冷却过程中下冲水的流动特性进行了研究。根据流体动力学理论对下冲水的流动特性进行分析,得到了下冲水流保持连续性的临界条件,推导了连续流长度的理论计算公式。同时进行了实验研究,实测了不同条件下连续流长度,在低速流动时实测值与理论计算值基本吻合。进一步分析了高速连续流长度与各影响因素之间的关系,通过实验数据回归得到水流速度影响系数和粗糙度影响因子,进而给出了计算连续流长度的修正公式。

Abstract:The flow characteristic of undershot water is analyzed on the principle of fluid dynamics, and critical condition and theoretical calculation equation of the length of continuous flow are obtained. Meanwhile, the length of continuous flow under the different conditions is measured by experiments, and the measured results of low speed flow are in good agreement with the theoretical calculated results. Moreover the relationship of length of continuous flow of high speed flow to various influencing factors is discussed. The influencing factors of flow speed and roughness are obtained, and the modified calculation equation of the length of continuous flow is established by experimental regression.
