| 摘 要： | 为生产质量优良的弹簧钢连铸小方坯，淮钢先后采取了一系列技术措施，如采用结晶器电磁搅拌，强化二次精炼操作，改进脱氧工艺和调整连铸坯拉速，在保证钢液纯净度的前提下不断降低中间包钢水过热度，连铸坯质量得到大幅度提高。

| Abstract: | Huaiyin Steel has been taking a series of technological measures which include mold electromagnetic stirring intensification of ladle furnace refining, modification of deoxidation process and adjustment the casting speed. Thus, the superheat of molten steel in tundish has been ceaselessly reduced, the quality of continuous cast billets have been largely improved. |
