| 摘 要： | 通过计算板材反弯曲率、弹复曲率及矫直后的残余曲率,确定了矫直过程中板材经过各辊处的速度变化量,验证了各辊间存在负转矩的现象,进而探讨了通过改变辊速消除平行矫直机负转矩的可行性,得出了相应的结论.

| Abstract: | By calculating the opposite curving curvature,elastic returning curvature and rest curvature of the plate after each roll,the change of speed was confirmed for every roll.The minus moment between rolls was validated.The feasibility was discussed about eliminating minus moment of parallel-rolls straightening machines via changing rolls' speed,and the valuable results were obtained. |
