| 摘 要： | 根据时代发展和人的主体性成长的要求，社会契约理论在批判传统国家学说的基础上，对现代国家进行了理性的论证和说明，促进了人类整体文明的进步。伴随着现代中国社会的转型和发展，建构现代国家的要求成为一个重大主题。社会契约理论有可能为实现现代中国国家建构提供某些可资借鉴的思想资源。

| Abstract: | According to the times development and the growth of human subjectivity, the theory of social contract demonstrates and explains rationally a modern nation on the basis of criticizing the doctrine of a traditional nation, promoting the progress of the whole human civilization. With the transformation and development of modern China, the construction of a modern nation becomes a significant subject. The theory of social contract may provide some ideas for building a modern China. |
