基于博弈分析的严寒地区绿色村镇住宅建设评价指标的选择

年来学术界对于绿色建筑的研究日益重视，但国内关于绿色住宅建设，尤其是绿色村镇住宅建设的评价指标体系的研究还相当匮乏。利用博弈分析方法，对现有绿色村镇住宅评价体系进行了分析。通过对实际数据的分析，导出了参与人的相应战略以及各个指标的效用值，得出不同评价指标体系对于参与人效用函数取值。借助重复剔除劣策略思路，通过对博弈模型均衡解的分析，得出了对各方整体最优的评价指标体系。结果表明，基于博弈分析的评价指标分析方法，能更好地协调各方利益的冲突。

Analysis for Green Rural Housing Ratings Indexes Selection in Cold Region Based on Game Theory

In recent years，research on green building has been a hot spot in academe，while researches on green building construction，especially the rating systems of green rural building construction are quite rare. In this paper，via game theory method， several rating index systems are analyzed. The outline of this procedure is as follows:firstly，the strategy sets and utilities of each player are derived from practical data，under different background of rating systems. Secondly，by the logic of iterate elimination of dominated strategy， the optimal rating index systems are derived. The results show that comparing with other methods，the game theory based method of rating index system selection could coordinate different interests.
