基于ITP 的建筑施工质量管理方法研究

建筑施工质量直接影响着建筑的质量，一直是建筑参与各方关注的重点问题。为解决建筑施工质量管理计划粗放、控制薄弱、系统性和规范性缺乏、管理者难于全面了解重点把控等问题，将检查和试验计划引入建筑施工质量管理。介绍了检查和试验计划的实施过程，设计了基于检查和试验计划的施工质量管理方法，通过案例工程分析，发现新方法明显提高了质量管理效果，在建筑施工中具有较好的推广潜力和应用价值。

Research on Quality Management of Building Construction Based on ITP

The quality of construction phase affects the building quality directly. And all participants of construction attach close attention on it. However，there are so many coarse planning and controls in quality management of building construction in China. To solve these problems，this paper introduced Inspection and Test Plan and designed a new quality management method in building construction. Then，a case study was conducted and testified that this new method improved the results of construction quality management. And this new method has potential and valuable to be popularization and application in building construction.
