摘    要:对再燃低NOx燃烧技术改造时制粉系统中MPS磨煤机的性能进行了试验研究,通过调整磨煤机所配置的静态分离器的挡板开度,可以降低煤粉细度,改善煤粉均匀性,但磨煤机电耗和阻力会有所提高,同时一次风管的分配特性会有所改变。

Abstract:An experimental study on super fine grinding performance of the MPS mill was conducted for low NOx pulverized coal combustion by reburning.With adjusting the opening degree of baffle plate in the stationary classifier of the MPS mill,the fineness of pulverized coal was decreased,the particle size distribution was more even,but the power consumption and pressure drop of the MPS mill were increased.At the same time,the distributing characteristic of primary air was changed.
