摘    要:提出一个Markov模型,用于解决白车身生产线规划中设备实际需求数量的决策问题.用Markov模型求解设备的故障率,进一步在设备理论生产能力的基础上,考虑设备故障率对生产能力的影响,得出实际生产能力,确定设备实际需求数量,并通过一个算例详细说明了应用过程,重在提出一种方法.

Abstract:A Markov Model is established in order to solve the decision problem of the actual demand of equipment quantity in BIW(Body-in-white)production line planning.It is used to calculate the failure rate of the equipment which is considered in the process to obtain the practical production capability based on the theoretical production capability before the actual equipment quantity can be determined.There is an example to elaborate on the usage of the Markov Model,primary aim of which is to propose a method.
