摘    要:从理论上分析了冷轧辊坯各生产工序与带状碳化物的关系 ,并指出与实际生产中存在的差异。以此为依据提出了在辊坯成型前预留锻比加一次高温扩散的控制方案

Abstract:The relationship between each of the production processes of the cold roll blank and the ribbon type carbide have been theoretically analyzed in this article. The differences during the actual production has been put forward as well. According to this situation , one control process which is to prepare the forging ratio before the roll forming and plus one time of high temperature diffusion.
