摘    要:某条500kV线路的间隔棒发生断裂损伤,通过对受损的间隔棒进行断口、化学成分、金相组织分析,认为间隔棒断裂的主要原因是内部存在铸造缺陷。根据间隔棒的制造工艺,提出相应的防止和预防间隔棒受损的措施。

Abstract:Spacers of a certain 500 kV transmission line were broken. By analyzing the broken surface, chemical compositions and metallographic structure, it is considered that the inner casting defect is the main reason of the spacer broken. Based on the manufacture technology of the spacer, measures to prevent the spacer damage are proposed.
