CBC—D燃煤掺烧决策系统在电厂的应用研究

摘    要:研究CBC—D燃煤掺烧决策系统对大型燃煤机组锅炉多煤种掺烧过程中经济性、安全性和环保排放的决策与影响。通过开发及应用CBC—D燃煤掺烧决策系统的不同模块,对广州珠江电厂多煤种混烧进行全过程动态评估,包括对燃煤的堆、配、取、送、烧进行逐级优化。在满足机组安全性和环保指标的基础上,月度节省燃煤成本约181.35万元。结果表明,CBC—D燃煤掺烧决策系统的应用,不仅为电厂提供了有力的安全保证,同时对降低发电的燃料成本,提高企业的经济效益具有一定的实际意义,可为大型燃煤机组锅炉多煤种掺烧提供指导。

Application Study on CBC-D Coal Mixed-burning Decision-making System in Power Plant
Abstract:The influences of CBC-D coal mixed-burning decision-making system to the multi-coal mixed-burning process of large size coal-fired unit including economy, security and environmental protection are studied. By the development and application of different modules of CBC-D coal mixed-burning decision-making system, the entire process of multi-coal mixed-burning in Guangzhou zhujiang power plant was evaluated dynamically, including the hierarchical optimization of piling, blending, getting, delivering and burning, which can reduce coal-cost about 1.8135 million Yuan per month based on the satisfaction of unit security and environmental protection indexes. The results show that the application of CBC-D mixed burning decision-making system can not only provide powerful security assurance to coal-fired power plants,but also reduce coal-cost and improve economic etticiency of enterprise,which can provide guidance to the muhi-eoal mixed-burning in large coal-fired power plant.
