双压余热发电控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对采用SRT技术的双压余热发电系统及其辅助工艺设备,设计了一套完善的热工自动化控制系统,并利用基于以太网现场总线的DCS控制系统实现整个工艺流程的控制.详细论述了控制系统的结构和功能,并对重要的控制策略和控制方式进行了阐述,该控制系统已成功运行.

Abstract:In this article one set of thermo automatic control system is designed for the dual pressure waste heat recovery generation system, it is based on SRT technology and its assistance process unit. The control of the entire process is realized by the DCS control system which is based on ethernet field-bus. Then introduces the structure and the function of the control system in detail, and explain the important control tactics and the control method. This control system has worked successfully.
