永磁同步电机的模型预测控制研究

摘    要:模型预测具有动态响应快速和电流跟踪精确等优点,广泛应用于功率变流器领域。采用模型预测电流控制策略,主要研究永磁同步电机的控制,解决传统PI控制器动态响应慢、有超调等问题。整个实验平台以TMS320F28335为控制器,设计了永磁同步电机控制实验,分析了电动机电流环的稳态和动态响应以及转速的动态跟踪性能。实验验证了模型预测在永磁同步电机控制中的优越性能。

Abstract:Model predictive control (MPC) has emerged in the current control of power converter due to its advantages such as good dynamic performances and accurate control capability. In this paper, a simplified model predictive current control method for controlling of permanent magnet synchronous motor is presented to solve overshoot and poor dynamic characteristics of PI regulator. The experimental platform used a TMS320F283335 as controller and worked for permanent magnet synchronous motor control. The steady-state and dynamic performance of current control, the tracking of rotate speed are investigated. Experimental results validates the superiority in permanent magnet synchronous motor control of model predictive control.
