摘    要:在分析安钢热连轧机组加热炉能耗的基础上,通过采取提高热装比率,合理分配加热炉各段热负荷,稳定煤气热值,合理控制各段的空燃比,制定了待轧期间升降温制度等措施,取得了良好的实际效果,加热炉的能耗降低了约0.28 GJ/t。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of energy consumption of heating furnace of hot rolling mill in Anyang Steel,a good actual effect is achieved by making a series of measures,such as increasing hot charge ratio,reasonable distribution of heat load in each section,stabilizing gas heat value,reasonable control of air- fuel ratio for each paragraph,setting the temperature rule of the heating furnace during rolling and so on. Thus the energy consumption of heating furnace is reduced about0. 28 GJ / t.
