摘    要:65钢硬线盘条在拉拔后弯曲成弹簧的过程中出现断裂。针对这个问题,对断裂试样的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、夹杂物进行分析,对断口进行扫描电镜及能谱分析。结果表明:断裂试样的化学成分、力学性能、非金属夹杂物均达到国标要求。拉簧断裂的主要原因是盘条存在表面缺陷,次要原因是控轧控冷过程中造成的索氏体含量偏低,并针对以上原因提出了相应的改进措施。

Abstract:The fracture of high carbon 65# wires occurred during drawing. In view of this problem,the break wires were analyzed by means of chemical composition,mechanical properties,microstructure and inclusion while the fracture surface is scanned by SEM and EDS. The results show that the chemical composition,mechanical properties,inclusion of the sample is qualified. The main reason of breaking is bulk defects. The secondary cause of the bending fracture is that sorbite is lower during rolling. Improvements are proposed aiming at the corresponding reasons.
