条带间垮落区注浆充填覆岩移动规律研究

摘    要:结合工程背景,采用相似材料模拟试验,对比研究了条带开采垮落区注浆充填与条带开采覆岩移动特征.结果表明:在已开采条带垮落区实施注浆充填能有效地减小覆岩垮落角和垮落高度,既可阻止主关键层破断,又可限制煤岩柱侧向垮落和变形,使相邻工作面垮落空间无法贯通,形成非充分开采;与条带开采相比,当充填量为30%时,条带开采垮落区注浆充填既可减小地面变形、又可提高煤炭采出率20%, "关键层-煤柱-注浆充填体"的共同作用可有效地控制开采沉陷.

Abstract:Applying similarity simulation test in engineering background,the rock strata and ground surface movement over strip mining and the grouting backfill in caving area with strip mining were studied.The results show that the grouting backfill in caving area with strip mining can reduce caving angle and caving height of roof,prevent the major key strata in overburden from breaking,and limit the radial deformation of strip coal pillar,making the adjacent caving space unable to be connected.When the backfill volu...
