2种香薷属植物挥发油成分分析

摘    要:采用气质联用方法,结合NIST5.0标准谱库,对水蒸气蒸馏法和CO2超临界萃取法得到的2种香薷属植物(东紫苏、野拔子)挥发油成分进行分析.通过面积归一化法,确定挥发油成分的百分含量.2个种的挥发油成分及含量差异较大,在东紫苏挥发油中主要成分为桉素油、氧化石竹烯等,而野拔子中则是spathulenol,且东紫苏挥发油的成分种类较野拔子的丰富.

Abstract:Volatile oils from Elsholtzia rugulosa Hemsl and Elsholtiza bodinieri Vaniot are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by means of GC-MS.The content of each constituent is determined by the area normalization method.The constituents and contents of two species are obviously different,and the constituents of E.bodinieri Vaniot are more than those of E.rugulosa Hemsl.
