Analization of Trainning Motivation of Success

It is found by research that the intention of motivation of success has great relationship with the intention of individual student and how he regards his study and other people. Such intention could even become the key to success. Hereby training of such motivation of success should stand the central position in mental education. Through enhancing teacher's accomplishments, changing the education method, we should lead students to give themselves correct recognization and evaluation, to stimulate student's motivation of success, therefore to shape their characters to a decent and perfect one.
