| 摘 要： | 在教育信息化建设中,制约教育信息化建设的一个最突出的问题就是将信息化工具的建设和信息化资源的建设混为一体。通过将教育信息化工具的建设和教育信息化资源的建设分离,各自分别由信息化技术人员和专业学科教师完成,将会大大推进中国的信息化教育建设。
