摘    要:研究了以微乳液为介质,浊度法测定砷的试验条件,以非离子型乳化剂OP/正庚烷/正丁醇/水四组分配制的微乳液为介质,使还原的单体砷在体系中以小颗粒形式均匀分布,并被隔离在不同的油核中,限制了单体砷之间的相互作用并控制了粒子的生长,从而可获得小而均匀不易凝聚的颗粒,显著提高体系的稳定性,本法以碘化钾为催化剂,氮化亚锡为还原剂在室温下进行反应,选择420nm为测定波长。试验表明:As(Ⅲ)含量在0—0.7mg/50mL范围内呈线性关系,体系稳定时间可达90min。

Abstract:The experimental condition was studied for the determination of arsenic ion in microemulsoid medium by nephelometery, OP/n-C 4H 9OH/n-C 7H 16 /H 2O, the nonionic microemulsoid was used as a medium to disperse the arsenic, to improve greatly the analytical condition. The selected wavelength is 420 nm. The liner range of the concentration is from 0 to 0.7 mg/50 mL. The method has been used to determine arsenic in since alloy with satisfactory results.
