摘    要:研究某危险废物焚烧炉烟气中二恶英气固相分配特征.结果表明,布袋除尘器入口烟气中二恶英气固相分配如下:气相二恶英的质量分数平均为62%,固相为38%;气相的毒性当量质量分数平均为76%,固相为24%.各异构体气相质量分数(即每个异构体气相部分质量浓度占该异构体气、固相总质量浓度的百分比)随氯代数的增加而降低,即高氯代异构体更多地附着于飞灰上,低氯代异构体则更多地分布于气相中;气相质量分数的变化趋势基本与蒸汽压相符,表明蒸汽压是决定焚烧烟气中二恶英各异构体气固相分配的主要因素之一.

Abstract:The partitioning of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and polychlorinated dibenzofurans(PCDD/Fs) between gas and solid phase in the flue gas of a hazardous waste incinerator was analyzed.Results show that,gas/particle partitioning of PCDD/Fs at the inlet of baghouse filter is as follows: gas/particle value is 62/38 according to the mass fraction,while it is 76/24 according to the I-TEQ concentration value.The fraction of gas phase PCDD/F congeners decreases with rising chlorination,i.e.highly chlorinated congeners have higher tendencies to attach to the fly ash,while lowly chlorinated congeners occupy a larger fraction of the gas phase.The fractions of gas phase congeners are roughly but not accurately in line with the vapor pressures,which indicates that vapor pressure is one of the main factors to determine the gas/particle partitioning of PCDD/F congeners in flue gas.
