摘    要:为获得更加多样的运动方案,防止设计的组合爆炸,提出一种基于半环赋权自动机(K WFA)的机械产品运动方案设计求解方法.利用功能语义单元模型表达机械产品运动方案设计的设计信息,以对设计者的设计思维进行合理捕捉和描述.建立机械产品运动方案设计的认知模型,使用基于半环的赋权自动机对其进行编译,由客户需求决定自动机的权重集,并通过权重集进行输入机构的截取与方案的优选.分别定义了功能语义单元求解的并联元自动机和反馈元自动机模型,借助赋权自动机的析取、逆转等运算,实现功能语义单元的串联求解、并联求解以及反馈求解.通过设计实例,详细地阐述了基于K WFA的运动方案设计求解过程,证明了该方法的可行性.

Abstract:A semi-ring weighted automata(K-WFA) based kinematic scheme design solving method was proposed to acquire more varieties of kinematic schemes and avoid their combination explosion.The function semantic unit model was used to express the design information in the kinematic scheme design process of mechanical product in order to capture and express the designers’ design thinking reasonably.The cognitive model of kinematic scheme design was built up,and the semi-ring weighted automata were employed to compile this model.The weight set was determined according to customer requirements,and it was used to intercept the input mechanism set and choose the optimal solution.Parallel meta-automation and feedback meta-automation were defined respectively to solve the function semantic unit.Based on these two models as well as automation operations such as disjunction and reverse,the cascade solving,parallel solving and feedback solving of the function semantic unit were achieved.Finally,a design example was taken to elaborate the K-WFA based kinematic scheme design solving process and demonstrate its feasibility and validity.
