摘    要:因对产品系统化认识的缺乏造成了设计更改传播的疏忽与遗漏,针对该问题,在功能-结构映射模型的基础上,提出弱连接结构的概念,对在设计更改传播过程中关联紧密、却在直观表现上没有直接物理连接关系或虽直接连接但却具有易被忽略的隐含功能的结构进行描述.通过弱连接约束元对弱连接结构进行形式化表达,连接约束元得到弱连接关系图(WtRG),以WtRG为基础,实现设计更改在功能性、系统性结构上的传播.基于Solidworks平台开发了产品设计更改原型系统,通过建立电梯产品的功能约束集,对非标梯型设计过程进行约束,保证了设计更改的正确性与完整性.

Abstract:A lack of systematic knowledge can cause change propagation due to forgetfulness and oversight.On the fundamental of function-structure mapping model,a concept of weak-tie structure was proposed and defined.It describes those structures that associate with each other indeed closely when changes propagating but have no direct physical connection in the visual performance,or that have direct connection but can be easily overlooked because of its implicit function.The formal expression of weak-tie structure was represented by weak-tie constraint primitive.Weak-tie relation graph(WtRG) was established by connecting constraint primitives,and realized the design change propagation on functional and systematic structures based on WtRG.A prototype system of product design change based on Solidworks platform was developed,and the functional constraint sets of elevator were estabilished,by which the design process of non-standard elevator types was constrained,which ensured the validity and integrity of design changes.
