| 摘 要： | 根据港口叉车变速箱的工作特性,研制开发了港口叉车变速箱故障诊断与预知维修系统,利用此系统对叉车进行了跟踪测试和分析,有效解决了实际生产中的一些困难。同时实现了对变速箱技术状态和性能的管理,达到了其预知维修的目的,实践证明了系统在实际应用中的可行性和可靠性。

| Abstract: | The system of forklift truck vibration detection and fault diagnosis was developed according to its work characteristics in the port.Many difficulties in practice were effectively solved using this system.At the same time ,the goal of predicting maintain was reached by realizing the manage of technique station and properties to gearbox of forklift truck.The feasibility and the reliability were proved during application. |
