| 摘 要： | 在许多产业中,合适的竞争对手会增强企业竞争力.在分析了好的竞争对手的特点的基础上,讨论了竞争对手存在的必要性,提出了好竞争对手的影响指标,运用层次分析法计算出各基础指标的权重,依据计算结果对众多竞争对手进行筛选和判别,选出企业的好竞争对手,以指导恰当处理竞争与合作之间的关系.

| Abstract: | In many industries,the suitable competitors may strengthen the competitive position of enterprises.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of good competitors,the necessity of the competitors and the characteristics of good competitors are discussed.Using the AHP to calculate the weight for each basic indicator,and based on the results,many competitors are screened and discrimined,the good competitors of the enterprise are choosed,this is good to guide the correct choice of competing enterprises,and deal with the relationship between competition and cooperation. |
