变刚度气门弹簧三维有限元计算分析

摘    要:本文以变刚度气门弹簧为研究对象,建立了气门弹簧、弹簧座的三维有限元组合模型。使用有限元分析软件,在考虑各组件接触关系的基础上,对该气门弹簧在不同载荷下进行了三维有限元计算。通过有限元仿真计算,快速地得到了变刚度气门弹簧弹性特性曲线。并依据气门弹簧应力计算结果对该弹簧进行了静强度和疲劳强度校核。

Abstract:In this paper,3D finite element analytical models of the valve spring and the valve-spring retainer are established for analysis of a variable stiffness valve spring.The nonlinear contact boundary conditions were taken into account by using finite element analysis software.The valve spring was simulated under variable loading.At the same time,the stiffness property curve of the variable stiffness valve spring is obtained by FEA.Finally,the static intensity and fatigue intensity of the valve spring are checked.
