绥中电厂800MW锅炉旋流燃烧器燃烧稳定性的实验与数值仿真研究

摘    要:介绍绥中电厂 80 0MW锅炉燃烧系统中燃烧器布置特点和单台燃烧器的结构特点 ;用热线风速仪对该燃烧器模型所形成的空气动力场进行测试 ,确定中心风和二次风分配比例、二次风叶片角度 ,确保燃烧过程安全、稳定 ;研究了各层风的调整对流场影响的规律 ;并对单台燃烧器所形成的空气动力场进行数值仿真。测试和仿真结果可为国内高参数大容量锅炉燃烧器的设计、运行、改造提供参考。

Abstract:This article describes the arrangement of the burners and the structure characteristics of the single burner of the 800MW boiler combustion system in Suizhong Power Plant.Tests on air dynamical field of this burner model are finished by heat thread anemoscope. These determine the proportion of central wind to second wind and the angle of second wind vane. All of these ensure the process of burning safe and steady. Laws of influence to the flow field caused by the adjustment of every layer wind are studied .Numerical simulation of air dynamical field of single burner is made. The results of the tests and simulation can provide standards of design, running and reform for high-parameters and huge-capacity boiler in our country.
