摘    要:应用科学技术哲学的观点综合阐述了金属及合金固态相变理论中的有关问题.认为,金属及合金,钢及合金钢都是复杂的整合系统,它们由一系列的子系统组成,具有"整体大于部分之总和"等特性及功能.相变具有自组织机制.每一种相变都是一个从量变到质变的演化过程,往往具有过渡性、阶段性.要把过冷奥氏体作为一个系统,以系统整合的方法研究"珠光体-贝氏体-马氏体"的相变全过程.科学概念是理论的细胞,对于钢中相变理论中的某些错误概念进行了修正.

Abstract:Some questions of metal and alloy solid state phase were talked about by science technic philosophy view.It is blieved that not only metal and alloy but also steel and alloy steel are complicated conformity system.They are composed of a series of subsystems and have some characteristics and functions such as "whole bigger than part"and so on.Phase has self-organising mechanism.And phase is a kind of evolvement from quantitative change to qualitative change with transition and phase characteristic.Super-cooling austenite should be looked as a subsystem and the whole process of pearlite-bainite-martensite change should be studied by means of system conformity.Science notion is the cell of theory,and some error notions about phase theory in the steels were modified.
