| 摘 要： | 正某年产7万t的化学木浆厂原设计的碱回收炉、热煤锅炉等供热设施以1.27MPa低压炉型配置,因低压炉型的热能未充分得到利用,从而使生产综合能耗高。为此对热煤锅炉、碱回收炉进行提高供汽品质改造,实现热电联产,降低生产成本。现将汽轮机改造选型过程中争议的核心问题谈点看法。1制浆设备及生产用能分析该化学木浆厂的制浆设备概况:蒸煮采用美国化学品与制浆公司(简称CPL公司)的低固形物、低能耗DDSTM置换蒸 |
