超声波物位检测仪的设计及应用

摘    要:介绍了超声波的特性和信号检测以及超声波在10m左右的储罐液位测量中的应用。利用超声波反射时差原理,采用AT98C51单片机设计出一种超声波式储罐液位测量仪。超声波测位具有不接触被测介质、结构简单、可靠性能高、使用寿命长、价格便宜、安装维护较为方便等优异特性,得到了越来越广泛的应用。文中对测量原理以及系统硬件的设计进行了较为详细的说明。

Abstract:The characteristics of ultrasonic and signal detection were introduced and its application in storage tank level far from 10 meters. An ultrasonic level meter for storage tank was designed with the principle of time difference of ultrasonic relfection by using AT98C51. The ultrasonic level measurement, having the characteristics of no touch with measuring medium, simple structure, high reliability, long service life, lower price, convenient installation and maintenance, has got the more and more comprehensive application. The measuring principle and hardware design were described in detail in this article.
