Analysis of the Situation and Characteristics of the Development of Integrated Circuit Industry

This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the integrated circuit industry in the international and domestic environment, pointed out that the development of the integrated circuit industry is characterized by high investment, long period of return, high risk, the winner take al , regional dispersion, diversified investment, the main focus, the internationalization development, the active merger and reorganization,the intensive talent and technology and so on.
