战略性新兴产业发展水平评价及行业比较-以江西为例

摘    要:本文从产业主导力、产业成长力、产业创新力、产业需求力、产业生态力5个基准中,选取13个指标构建江西战略性新兴产业发展水平的评价指标体系,进而运用层次分析法和德尔菲法,对2010年江西十大战略性新兴产业综合发展水平进行了评价,并对各个行业进行了比较。研究发现,江西十大战略性新兴产业发展可以划分为战略性支柱产业、战略性先导产业和潜力产业三个层级,其中金属新材料、光伏、绿色食品、生物和新医药、非金属新材料、新能源汽车及动力电池、航空制造等产业发展水平较高,但同时面临一系列关键材料技术突破和市场应用问题。最后,基于评价结果,围绕如何提升江西战略性新兴产业发展水平提出了相应的政策建议。

Abstract:From the industry leading force, industry growth, industry innovation, industry demand,and industrial ecological capacity, 13 indexes were selected to construct the development level of Jiangxi strategic emerging industry evaluation index system, then use the AHP methd and Delphy method to evaluate and compare the comprehensive development level of Jiangxi ten strategic emerging industries in 2010. This paper found, Jiangxi ten strategic emerging industry development can be divided into three levels including strategic leading industry, strategic pillar and potential industry;the higher level of development among them are new materials, metal photovoltaic, green food, biotechnology and new medicine, non metal new material, new energy vehicles and power battery, aviation manufacturing industry, but facing a series of key materials technology breakthroughs and market application problems. Finally, based on the evaluation results, this paper put forward some suggestions to promote the development level of Jiangxi strategic emerging industry.
