| 摘 要： | 本文分析了影响TPS可移植性的因素,介绍了影响TPS可移植性的资源管理及测试信号通道的自动管理等关键技术,给出了TPS可移植性评估的内容.对减少TPS的重复开发、缩减经费投入和缩短开发周期具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | The factors affecting TPS rehosting are analyzed in this paper. Then, the key technologies of TPS rehosting are introduced. Finally, the contents of TPS rehosting evaluation are presented. The rehosting and evaluation method is significant for the decrease of TPS repeat development, keeping down the expense, and shortening the TPS research cycle. |
