太钢尖山铁矿选矿集散控制系统

太钢尖山铁矿年选矿能力为400万t，采用露天开采、平峒溜井皮带运输，然后经过三段破碎、五次磁选、管道运输精矿至太原。其生产线选用西门子SIMATICS5和TELEPERMM集散控制系统，全部自动控制包括：AS235K仪表控制系统，S5－100U、S5－115U、S5－155U电控系统，SINECL1低速通讯用网以及OS－265操作与监视系统。以上各系统分别实现矿石运送、破碎、磨选的过程检测与控制自动化。本文详细阐述了各系统的结构和特点，以及各系统之间的相互关系．从自动控制系统的各主态结构，论述了太钢尖山铁矿选矿自动化水平。

CENTRAL-DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR MINERAL PROCESSING OF JIANSHAN IRON MINE

Jianshan Iron Mine with annual concentration processing capacity of 4 Mt ore includes followinglinks: tunnel-pass conveyor transport; three stages of crushing ; five stages of magnetic separation;concentrate pipe transport to Taiyuan, For the production line, the Siemens SIMATIC 95 and TELERMM central-distributed systems are used. All automatic control includes: AS235K instrumentationand control system; S5- 100U, S5-115U and S5- 155U electric control systems; SINEC L1 communication network ; and OS-265 operation and monitoring systems. All these systems are used respectivelyfor process measurement and control automation of ore transport, crtlshing, grinding and concentration.This paper describes in detail structures and features of every system,the relations among the systems, and based on the main structures of automatic control systems expoundes the level of concentration automation of Jianshan Iron Mine.
