摘    要:输电线动态热容等级DTCR可用作提高输电线路的传输容量的核算依据。介绍了DTCR的基本概念及其提高输电线传输容量的原理,并提出了一种基于气象条件的DTCR系统,该系统旨在利用实时测量的信息,动态确定输电线传输容量极限,以此提高输电线的输电能力。此外,该系统还可以提高输电线路的安全运行水平、防止线路负荷过大造成灾变性事故的发生。

Abstract:The Dynamic Thermal Circuit Rating (DTCR) of the transmission lines can be considered as the calculation basis for the increase of the transmission line capacity. The basic concept of the DTCR and the principle of increasing the transmission line capacity were introduced and a kind of DTCR system based on the weather condition using the real-time monitored information to define the transmission line capacity limitation dynamically and thus to increase the transmission line capacity was put forward. Moreover, the system can also be used to improve the safe operation level of the transmission lines and to prevent the catastrophic fault due to excessively heavy loading.
